Youth Options Guarantee Project Final Report, May 2006: The Post Compulsory Programs Branch of DE&T’s Office of Learning and Teaching expressed interest in the concept of the Youth Options Guarantee being developed within the Grampians Region and its potential to inform post compulsory policy at the State level. It provided funding to the Region for a short term project to support the Grampians Education Partnership in the development of implementation arrangements, to assess the feasibility of the model and to provide advice on the policy implications that are identified in the process of development. The Final Report of the project addresses each of the nine deliverables set out in the project plan. 18 May, 2006
