Formative Evaluation of Regional Youth Commitments, 2008

DEECD commissioned a formative evaluation of Regional Youth Commitments (RYCs) across the state which was undertaken in early 2008.

The Formative Evaluation Report reviews the progress in the implementation of Regional Youth Commitments in DEECD Regions and identifies critical success factors for RYCs, and is of interest to all stakeholders in RYCs. National Youth Commitment

In the initial research conducted as background to the development of the Grampians Region's Youth Options Guarantee, much was learnt from the Dusseldorp Skills Forum's work which established six partnerships between 1999 and 2001 to explore the capacity of local communities to deliver a Youth Commitment.
